Blanca is a dedicated Escrow Officer with 6+ years of title and escrow experience handling both residential and commercial transactions. A self-starter with strong mathematical and analytical skills, Blanca quickly made a name for herself, earning a Rising Star Award in her second year as an Escrow Assistant prior to being promoted to full Escrow Officer. A native of Mexico, Blanca speaks both English and Spanish to serve San Antonio’s diverse community. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science from UTSA with a minor in Applied Statistics – the first in her family to graduate both high school and college. In her spare time, she loves to hike, travel and work in her garden with her husband and their two Yorkies.
